The General Services Administration (GSA) has made the Record of Decision (ROD) for the 2018 Master Plan for the consolidation of the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) headquarters at the Federal Research Center at White Oak in Silver Spring, Maryland, publicly available, following its preparation in accordance with the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) of 1969 and the Council on Environmental Quality Regulations.
