The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved changes to Georgia's State Implementation Plan (SIP) that will move the Clean Fuel Fleet Program (CFFP) from the active portion to the contingency measures portion of the maintenance plan for the Atlanta Area, in compliance with the Clean Air Act (CAA).
