NMFS Issues Incidental Harassment Authorization for SFOBB Pier E3 Demolition

The National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) has granted the California Department of Transportation (CALTRANS) permission to disturb small numbers of marine mammals during the controlled implosion of the San Francisco-Oakland Bay Bridge Pier E3 in San Francisco Bay, between October 1 and December 30, 2015.
