SBA Grants Waiver of Nonmanufacturer Rule for Woven and Knit Gloves

The US Small Business Administration (SBA) has granted a class waiver of the Nonmanufacturer Rule for small businesses to supply woven and knit gloves impregnated with Flat Dipped Rubber/Plastic Gloves to the Federal government, allowing them to purchase products from any manufacturer on set-aside contracts for small businesses, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned (SDVO) small businesses, Participants in SBA's 8(a) Business Development (BD) Program, or Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB) concerns.
