PACCAR, Inc. Receives NHTSA Decision on Noncompliance with FMVSS 108

PACCAR, Inc. has been granted a decision by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) that certain Peterbilt and Kenworth trucks do not fully comply with Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) No. 108, but the noncompliance is deemed inconsequential to motor vehicle safety.
