Autoliv, Inc. has received a decision from the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) that certain seat belt assemblies do not fully comply with Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard 209, but the noncompliance is deemed inconsequential to motor vehicle safety.
