Ride the Ducks International, LLC Receives NHTSA Decision on Noncompliance

Ride the Ducks International, LLC has been granted a decision by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) that certain model year 1996-2014 vehicles do not fully comply with Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard 104, but the noncompliance is deemed inconsequential to motor vehicle safety.
