Autocar, LLC Receives NHTSA Decision on Noncompliance with FMVSS 101

Autocar, LLC has determined that certain model year 2014-2018 Autocar Xpeditor trucks do not fully comply with Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard No. 101, Controls and Displays, and has petitioned the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) for a decision that the noncompliance is inconsequential to motor vehicle safety. The company filed a noncompliance report on June 14, 2017, and made the request on June 19, 2017.
