Gillig, LLC Receives NHTSA Decision on Noncompliance with FMVSS 108

Gillig, LLC has received a decision from the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) that certain model year 1997-2016 Gillig low floor buses do not fully comply with Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard 108, but the noncompliance is deemed inconsequential to motor vehicle safety.
