NHTSA Receives Petition for Importation of Nonconforming Harley-Davidson Motorcycles
The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) has accepted a petition to allow the importation of nonconforming 2010 Harley-Davidson FX, XL, and VR motorcycles into the US, as they are substantially similar to US-certified models and can be easily modified to meet safety standards.
