NHTSA Grants Buy America Waiver for Michigan Motorcycles

The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) has granted a waiver to the Michigan Office of Highway Safety Planning (OHSP) to purchase twenty foreign-made motorcycles using Federal grant funds, citing a lack of suitable American-made motorcycles for motorcyclist safety training purposes.
