NHTSA Grants Buy America Waiver for Leica Total Station Purchase

The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) has issued a notice granting a waiver to the Buy America requirement for the purchase of a Leica total station using Federal highway traffic safety grant funds, as no suitable products are produced in the United States. The waiver is due to the non-availability of suitable products in the US market.
