NHTSA Grants Waiver to New York for Non-US Produced Product

The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) has granted a waiver to the state of New York, allowing it to purchase a liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry instrument from a non-US manufacturer, as the product is not produced in the US and the purchase is funded by Federal highway traffic safety grant funds.
