NHTSA Receives Petition for Importation of Nonconforming Ducati Multistrada Motorcycles

The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) has accepted a petition to allow the importation of model year 2011 Ducati Multistrada motorcycles that do not meet all applicable Federal motor vehicle safety standards, as long as they can be modified to comply with the regulations.
