NHTSA Waives Buy America Requirement for New Hampshire

The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) has granted a waiver to the New Hampshire Office of Highway Safety to purchase five Sokia SX Robotic total stations using federal highway safety grant funds, as no suitable products are available in the US.
