General Motors Receives NHTSA Decision on Noncompliance with Brake System Standard

General Motors has received a decision from the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) that certain model year 2016-2017 Cadillac vehicles do not fully comply with a federal brake system standard, but the noncompliance is deemed inconsequential to motor vehicle safety.
