The National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) is seeking public comments on a proposal to issue an Incidental Harassment Authorization (IHA) to the St. George Reef Lighthouse Preservation Society (SGRLPS) for activities at the St. George Reef Light Station on Northwest Seal Rock in Del Norte County, California, which may incidentally harm four marine mammal species.
