DoD, GSA, and NASA Issue Final Rule to Update Federal Acquisition Regulation Regarding Telecommunications

Summary

The Department of Defense (DoD), General Services Administration (GSA), and National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) are removing outdated references to telegraphy and replacing them with electronic communication terms in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). This update also includes changes to expedited termination notices and change orders.
