NCUA Finalizes Revisions to Freedom of Information Act Regulation

The NCUA Board is completing its finalization of the interim final rule amending its Freedom of Information Act regulation, which was initially implemented on December 22, 2016, and required agencies to review and revise their FOIA regulations by December 27, 2016, following the passage of the FOIA Improvement Act of 2016.
