NCUA Proposes Changes to Credit Union Chartering and Field of Membership Manual

The NCUA Board proposes to update its Chartering and Field of Membership Manual to better address emergency mergers, including extending forecast horizons for credit unions in financial distress and adding a new category for those receiving assistance under the FCU Act.
