Notice of Inventory Completion for Alaska Native Human Remains and Funerary Objects

Summary

The U.S. Department of the Interior's Fish and Wildlife Service, Alaska Region, and the University of Alaska Museum of the North have completed an inventory of human remains and associated funerary objects, in consultation with Alaska Native Tribes, and have determined a cultural affiliation with a present-day Alaska Native Tribe. The Alaska Region USFWS invites any Alaska Native Tribe not identified in this notice to submit a written request for transfer of control of the human remains and associated funerary objects.
