Extension of Public Comment Period for Marine Mammal Permit

The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) Fisheries Service (NMFS) is extending the public comment period for a permit allowing incidental, but not intentional, capture of endangered marine mammals in two fisheries.
