U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission Approves Amendment to Spent Fuel Storage Regulations for HI-STORM 100 Cask System

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission has confirmed the effective date of March 11, 2014, for a direct final rule that amended the agency's spent fuel storage regulations to include the Holtec International HI-STORM 100 Cask System with Amendment No. 9 to Certificate of Compliance No. 1014.
