Oreion Motors, LLC Requests Waiver for Noncompliant Vehicles
Oreion Motors, LLC has submitted a petition to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) for a decision on the inconsequential noncompliance of certain 2011-2013 Oreion Reeper low-speed vehicles with Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) No. 500, specifically regarding the installation of seat belts that conform to FMVSS No. 209.
