NHTSA Grants Waiver to New York Governor's Traffic Safety Committee for Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 Tablets
The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) has granted a waiver to the New York Governor's Traffic Safety Committee (GTSC) to bypass the 'Buy America' requirement for purchasing 205 Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 tablets using federal highway safety grant funds, as no suitable US-produced products are available.
