NHTSA Grants Buy America Waiver to Connecticut Department of Transportation's Highway Safety Office
The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) has granted a waiver to the Connecticut Department of Transportation's Highway Safety Office (HSO) to purchase 23 foreign-made training motorcycles using Federal grant funds, as no suitable motorcycles are produced in the US for safety training purposes.
