Continental Tire the Americas, LLC Granted Petition for Decision of Inconsequential Noncompliance for Certain Motorcycle Tires

Continental Tire the Americas, LLC has determined that its TKC80 diagonal bias motorcycle replacement tires do not meet the Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard for motor vehicles and motorcycles with a gross vehicle weight rating of over 10,000 pounds, and has filed a report detailing the noncompliance, dated February 18, 2015.
