General Motors Denies Petition for Decision of Inconsequential Noncompliance

General Motors, LLC has determined that certain model year 2013-2014 Chevrolet Express, GMC Savana, Chevrolet Silverado HD, and GMC Sierra HD vehicles do not meet the lettering height requirement for compressed natural gas vehicles, as specified in Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard FMVSS No. 303. The company has filed a report on November 25, 2013, regarding the noncompliance.
