Federal Transit Administration Issues Guidance for Rural Area Formula Program

The Federal Transit Administration has released proposed guidance for the Rural Area Formula Program, which aims to provide updated instructions and guidance for recipients of FTA financial assistance, following changes made by the Moving Ahead for Progress in the 21st Century Act (MAP-21). The public is invited to comment on the proposed circular.
