MD Helicopters, Inc. Issues Revised Airworthiness Directive for MD Helicopters, Inc. Helicopters

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has superseded Airworthiness Directive (AD) 2003-08-51 for MD Helicopters, Inc. (MDHI) helicopters with certain tail rotor blades installed, requiring paint removal for all pitch horn inspections and adding certain part-numbered blades to the applicability to prevent pitch horn cracking.
