Caribbean Fishery Management Council to Hold Scoping Meetings for Island-Specific Fishery Management Plans

The Caribbean Fishery Management Council will conduct scoping meetings to gather input from fishers, the public, and local agencies on developing island-specific fishery management plans for Puerto Rico, St. Thomas/St. John, USVI, and St. Croix, USVI. The plans will address alternative actions for each area, including establishing fishery management units, revising species composition, and modifying management measures.
