Commerce Department Publishes Semiannual Agenda of Regulations for Spring 2013

The Department of Commerce has released its semiannual agenda of regulations for spring 2013, outlining the regulatory activities expected to be conducted between April 1, 2013, and March 31, 2014, in compliance with Executive Order 12866 and the Regulatory Flexibility Act.
