US Department of Commerce Review of Russian Solid Urea Antidumping Duty
The US Department of Commerce is reviewing the antidumping duty order on solid urea from Russia, covering the period from July 1, 2011, to June 30, 2012, and found that MCC EuroChem did not sell the subject merchandise at less than its normal value during this time.
