The National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) is preparing an Environmental Assessment (EA) instead of a Draft Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) for Regulatory Amendment 14 to the Fishery Management Plan for the Snapper-Grouper Fishery in the South Atlantic Region, in cooperation with the South Atlantic Fishery Management Council.
