International Trade Commission Terminates Suspended Investigation on Mexican Lemon Juice

The US Department of Commerce has terminated a suspended investigation into antidumping duties on Mexican lemon juice, following a determination by the International Trade Commission that this action would not likely cause material injury to the US industry
