Nuclear Regulatory Commission Publishes Notice for Comment on Personnel Access Authorization Requirements

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) is seeking public comment on a petition filed by the Nuclear Energy Institute to limit the scope of third-party review of employee access decisions at nuclear power plants, amid pending arbitration cases.
