Compliance With Information Request, Flooding Hazard Reevaluation

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) is issuing draft Japan Lessons-Learned Project Directorate Interim Staff Guidance (JLD- ISG), JLD-ISG-2013-01, "Guidance for Estimating Flooding Hazards due to Dam Failure." This draft JLD-ISG provides guidance acceptable to the NRC staff for reevaluating flooding hazards due to dam failure for the purpose of responding to enclosure 2 of a March 12, 2012, information request.
