U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission Places Georgia Agreement State Program on Probation

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) has put the Georgia Agreement State Program on probation due to concerns over its implementation of a 'Program Improvement Plan,' and will increase oversight of the program until it meets its commitments and demonstrates significant and sustainable improvements.
