NHTSA Proposes New Requirements for Alternative Fuel Vehicle Badging and Consumer Information

The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) is proposing a new rule requiring the display of badges and labels on alternative fuel vehicles, as well as information in owner's manuals, to increase consumer awareness of alternative fuels and their benefits.
