NHTSA Issues Final Rule to Expand Rear Visibility in Vehicles

The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) has issued a final rule to improve rear visibility in vehicles, aiming to reduce devastating backover crashes involving vulnerable populations, such as young children and the elderly, and satisfying the Cameron Gulbransen Kids Transportation Safety Act of 2007.
