Notice of Buy America Waiver

The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) has issued a waiver allowing the Maryland Highway Safety Office (MHSO) to purchase Nania Baby Ride infant car seats using Federal grant funds, as no suitable products are available in the US. The waiver is due to the non-availability of suitable products produced in the United States.
