NHTSA Grants Buy America Waiver to Texas Department of Transportation

The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) has approved a waiver for the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) to purchase Light-Up Magnifier Loupes using Federal highway safety grant funds, due to a 25% cost difference between domestically produced and foreign-made products.
