USITC Reverses Finding of Violation, Terminates Investigation into Certain Electronic Imaging Devices

The US International Trade Commission (USITC) has corrected its determination to reverse a finding of violation of Section 337, terminating the investigation into certain electronic imaging devices, following an amended notice of investigation that replaced Huawei Device Co., Ltd. and Huawei Device USA Inc. with Huawei Device Co., Ltd. and Huawei Device USA Inc. as the relevant entities, in accordance with the amended notice of investigation (77 FR 55498).
