U.S. International Trade Commission Denies Review of ALJ's Decision in Certain Standard Cell Libraries Investigation

The U.S. International Trade Commission has decided not to review an initial determination granting the complainant's motion to amend the complaint and notice of investigation in a case involving certain standard cell libraries and products containing integrated circuits made using the same technology.
