HRETA's Petition for Rulemaking Denied, Channel Reallocation Request Rejected

The FCC has rejected Hampton Roads Educational Telecommunications Association's (HRETA) request to reallocate its channel 16 to Norfolk, Virginia-Elizabeth City, North Carolina, and modify its WHRO-TV license to reflect the new community of license, citing that the area does not meet community of license requirements.
