The Federal Communications Commission's Media Bureau has approved a petition by Katherine Pyeatt to allocate an FM channel at Midway, Texas, and a counterproposal by Roy E. Henderson for a new channel at Oakwood, Texas, while also clarifying rules for amending counterproposals in FM allotment proceedings.
