FCC Adopts Permanent Rules for Internet Protocol Captioned Telephone Relay Service
The Federal Communications Commission has adopted permanent rules to ensure that individuals with hearing disabilities have access to telecommunications relay services, including internet protocol captioned telephone relay service, while protecting the TRS Fund.
