FCC Seeks Comments on Additional Measures for Rural Call Completion

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) is seeking public comment on proposed measures to ensure a reasonable and nondiscriminatory level of service for completing long-distance calls to rural areas, with a focus on improving monitoring and enforcement of restrictions against blocking and choking of rural calls.
