FDA Releases Draft Guidance on Exclusivity Determinations for Fixed-Combination Drug Products

The FDA is releasing a draft guidance that clarifies the exclusivity requirements for certain fixed-combination drug products, allowing them to qualify for 5-year exclusivity if they contain a new chemical entity, regardless of whether it's approved alone or in combination with other drugs.
