The Department of the Interior is issuing a public notice of its intent to create a new system of records, the National Park Service 'Planning, Environment and Public Comment (PEPC) System--NPS-23', to facilitate conservation planning and environmental impact analysis, in compliance with the Privacy Act of 1974.
